Help ID ‘Tattoo Lady’

A man walking through a wooded marshland near the Van Wyck Expressway made a grisly discovery on June 21 – the badly decomposed remains of a woman.

Cops said the man was walking through the brush at about 9:23 p.m. on June 21, near South Conduit Avenue, when he stumbled on the remains laying less than 50 feet from the busy highway.
